We have combined an Ecommerce Website with a Social Marketplace
An ecommerce website is a shop that allows you to sell, auction, buy or barter goods for other items as a swop.
A Social Marketplace gives you the ability to offer significantly more
Market place allows you to sell goods, services, use auctions and lotteries and have integrated forums and groups to enhance you or your products website visibility.
We have allowed you in many formats to buy shares in this development and self-learning exercise.
Currently Grabzies Ecommerce is only available
This page will disappear for all shareholders and you will be able to learn or design away to your hearts content.
Grabzies Sister Social Marketplace will only be available to buy shares in when Grabzies Ecommerce is functionally operational. Then and only then will you be offered the opportunity to buy these shares.
You should only read this, as these are my thoughts, if you have a couple of drinks, hot or cold to hand. Some sleeping aids to calm the nightmare you are having shouting well if it was me I would do it this way unreasoned one or two word reply, to a full blown explanations of what should be done to a I could do better with my eye closed rage reply I am ready and waiting for them all!

If you want to understand WordPress as a ready-made site., that may fit your website expectations.
If 100 of you are part thereof, are prepared to pay £15 each for 1 share and .99% of 1% voting rights collectively. The other .01% is the voting rights of all 100 members and an outsider invited in to review each side’s speech and make a decision based on their assumptions. If you cannot agree then take the third risk. An outsider to make that choice.
Nobody has total control and the possibility to evade the onslaught of any unwanted takeover is to create equal control with a random element should things not get resolved as agreed before the decision to override any vote for or against a proposal to take action or implement any process within this master site.
You could of course understand that you can buy 100th of share for £15 and be notified, when that group is filled so you can start expanding your horizons. It is a pre order be notified membership and only activates when 100 people have bought 1% of the 1%
You could of course understand that 1 of the 100 share group allows you to do everything a 1% shareholder can do with the exception that they own a little bit more of Grabzies and its associated Social Marketplace.
Your access and development is restricted to Grabzies
If you are looking to just expand your horizons within the retail sector then the social sector is not a good choosing!
You can add social elements to your ecommerce but this does not make it a social site, this makes it a shop with a social element!
Option One
Grabzies.com hereby share all rights and future rights with its original shareholders and only raise capital based on the following criteria,
Each one of the 100 shareholders will receive a return based on a 1% declining scale due to variations in marketing and sale results. The value of the share is calculated as follows

You should be able to work out that owner operator and controller of this site is not taking much of a wage, this is living expenses plus £10 a day spending money lol.
Why?
Because it is not about me, it is about us.
Giving a total investment value of £150K
I estimate current marketing costs to be no greater than 25% of total raise.
Now the nitty gritty,
The total raise and equity share will be split as follows.
Operational costs specific to user interaction with site
On voting relating to changes not in line or compliant with these sites entry requirements. I share voting rights 49% to myself on behalf of Grabzies. In addition, 49% to yourselves as equity holders in Grabzies.
This leaves 1% on your side and 1% on my side, which could technically be the swing votes…
However, you own 49% of the equity therefore your share value is 1/2 of a vote
On this and every occasion like this, it will be up to you to invite two strangers from outside in the big bad world to your team and I do the same. There is only one exception in voting with anything to do with myself or grabzies I retain 51% of the vote.
Now the cost of doing this for a 4 hour session is expected to be £100 and as you as shareholders you have a right to dispute this and offer costs accordingly to show improvements based on the core values outlined in the website protection pages,
At one meeting a month the associated costs including hall hire. Tea/coffee and rich tea biscuits “they taste like cardboard, they do not dunk properly and when they do you are not quick enough to grab it in your mouth before they break into the tea, and to exclude your traveling and hotel expense costs.
Then the annual cost for this would be approx. £1000 a month or 12K a
Marketing is 25% of raise so that is another 30k making
Software and hardware expansion is a difficult one so I have inserted alarm parameters to give notice of any upgrades needed before expected expiry times. In short, if I say this will last six months before needed upgrade and it lasts 12 then does the company not have a capital reserve? If however it is expected to last one year and it lasts six months then you need to re ascertain the correct procedures. I envisage the use of additional sub contractors that can achieve with certainty the completion of the task to expected results.
I only have £97k of the £150K available to invest so I must consider the best step carefully and is based on a simple argument relating to fiduciary duty, of what will suit Grabzies better.
I want Grabzies to organically grow with the exception of utilising the budget to marketing expenses related to site promotion. Not user interaction.
This means not using 1 hit wonder approaches.
If I bring somebody on board part time to take over the marketing, it will be no good, as the product is not designed as being worthy yet! However, I need to consider having somebody in place for this eventuality
Therefore, development of the software package is of paramount importance and a primary goal.
If a meeting was held once a month at Grabzies expense then you could expect a 10k plus bill so that is a nonstarter. However, watt sap it is then!
I have to allow for expansion to 100 thousand users per month and that could cost £1000 month making 12k a year! Leaving me 85K
On top of these costs will be the Major search engine fees. The use of Google maps etc and this will be around £1000

This should give me the use of 2 specialists for development. But hey remember as a shareholder you play an active part in its growth and would be expected to utilise the functions on this site to create your own version of your idea! This is necessary in share purchase.
That is around 300 hours advice, work, restriping, etc. on this site from person one a techie! Who will be expected to preform management of database?
Design and implementation of a front-page template to reflect the Grabzies ethos, for use by all members, implementation and design of scripts around the WordPress environment and manipulation of scripts under common licence and implement actions to ensure those scripts remain free for the average user whatever the cost of re design or improvement! Along the way!

We will not make money on something that should always remain free
There are paid plugins currently on this site and one although fantastic has a high cost of membership, update
In addition, 300 hours work from person two the marketing person. Who will be expected to fulfil all social media tasks along with expanding the profile of Grabzies within evolving marketplaces?
All these prices are expected within six-month prices so I am allowing for that expansion.
Therefore, that is £12k for the admin structure

Voting to accept or deny funds from this amount for exclusive benefit of Grabzies.com from its user base or future base of shareholders. Equal voting right of 49% between shareholders and Grabzies owner, manager and effective control.
Group shares are configured to allow a group of 10 shareholders to purchase one share and have voting rights as 1% for the collective vote. All 10 people will be expected to participate by building their own dream and advising on improvements. Let us say you were a group of 10 retired people, who were somewhat understanding of technology but had a great idea for a website/
Well you have been given your own site or we are in the middle of completing this request, where upon you will have a skeleton site where you can upload your own themes activate your own plugins, and design any page you want from any available theme or plugin in no time! Once you learn how to duplicate something then a little goes in the grey matter until one day poof you’re an expert in that particular theme or plugin. It is all a slow process to completing a goal.
You may be part of a sub group share where the above is encompassed except where the words are changed to voting right 1%

This is why this site has this strange landing page as this site is not open to public use as of yet! It is a private design site for people wanting their own website or use this as expected as a trial website to see what you could create with the tools I have given you.
As a shareholder, this page disappears and you get to see what you can develop yourself.
You will also become a similar shareholder in the marketplace site I am developing as a separate function.
Quite early on, I realised that designing an all-encompassing all singing and dancing ecommerce, auction, lottery, prize, blog, portfolio, event, social and user-friendly site, was going to take a long time and a lot of resources. Therefore, Grabzies was split into two sites.
One would cater for the ecommerce and auction shopping experience and one for the social side of that element. Which are currently categorised into a user experiences that generates growth and income.
In addition, the other would cater for the marketplace via automated social interaction with categorised groups, forums, blogs, and auctions, give away and prizes. Gender types, google category main pages, everything and more you need to open a social, membership, event driven, user controlled website.
You are purchasing a percentage of development and expansion costs based on expected cost not return. I am utilising the investment to develop a market aware framework of designers, developers, hobbyists, and people who just want to try nonmatter what age! To come on board and use of the two websites to generate and create their experience, no matter either skill level or understanding!
For instance, we have the basic skill level site should you require easy understandable help. As you progress through the basic level, we will introduce scripts, templates and plugins for you to understand better and have greater ability for you to progress further.
However, no matter your skill level and input, this site and it’s altered, enhanced or modified plugins will with the exception of the paid plugins used remain under common licence as do the themes themselves however altered.
The problem arises with the paid plugins and one developer is asking £500 a month for up to 10,000 users; google Maps beginning to take uncontrollable proportions of budget and time depression for owner controller and designer this sites admin. There is only so many things I can do!
What I have done is integrate an ecommerce shop with a very complimentary Social Marketplace, which you can use to develop your own market presence!
