I spend a lot of time going to auctions. From Northampton to
Leeds to Birmingham to Nottingham and beyond. Above you will see a pic of one
auction at John pye. long story short they are part boxes not complete, so if
the person had asked me to go inspect this item they would have known it is a
part shed not a whole shed. One person is currently paying 560 quid for part of
a shed; thinking it is a whole and because it says part 1 of 3 or 2 of 3 etc.
they will not get their money back!

Therefore, with commission they currently are paying 560+50%
£840 and that is a huge mistake… however if they had paid me to check it out
and produce a report, this would never have happened.

The other side of the coin is distance as I travel to John
Pye Birmingham, Nottingham, Chesterfield and Marchington regularly. The cost of
fuel from chesterfield to Marchington is around £15 there and back. Then there
is your traveling time at around 60 mins each way.  Therefore, we are now starting to get deeply
involved in a visit to buy a 30 quid item.

Your time has to have a value to you somewhere but let us
say I value my time at £10 hr

Then that 30 quid item has just cost you £80 in real terms.

Then there is the mass of people that turn up in a YUGO to
pick up a 2 mtr long by 1mtr wide sideboard! Then sit there bemused at how they
are going to get it home.

Therefore, by using me, you achieve a report outlining
quality of goods, damages, approx. weight, packaging condition and if it is a
part box and where the other part boxes are hidden if that is so, without even
leaving the comfort of your own chair.

 There is a lot of crap that goes through auctions but there

 So Another one of my services is hidden gem finding. Ant
trust me when you look carefully they exist in abundance. I once bought a
pallet for 50 quid and it had over 3k of goods on it.

It is like with Rattan furniture one box part may be on one
pallet and another on another pallet but it is a 700 quid rattan sofa set you
could get for less than 50 quid.

The options to pick things up cheap are limitless.

 Therefore, for a mere 20 quid per auction I take away all
the hassle.

With the exception of the hidden gem, service, which is only
available on grabzies.com and the subscription base, is rising daily.

The Hidden gems service is a one time subscription for one month and does not re occur, however we will send you an email on that re occurrence date asking if you wish to renew.

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Sunday 9-5 PM.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

on orders under 1kg.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
